Get Fit Friday

I know I'm a day late but I wanted to make sure that I document week #4 of P90X!

This week was a Recovery Week.  This week did not include any resistance training to allow my body to recover a bit, however, it did still include cardio & core strength training.  Here is what this past week looked like:

Monday: Yoga X
Tuesday: Core Synergistics
Wednesday Kenpo X
Thursday: Stretch
Friday: Cardio X
Saturday: Yoga X
Sunday: Rest or X Stretch

Yep, I had to do my all-time least favorite video twice this week.  Yoga X still continues to bore the heck out of me & I do not enjoy it, however, it definitely is getting me more flexible.  So I guess that is a plus, right?!

This past week hasn't been the best diet wise as we've had (2) birthdays which always includes cake, eating out & not always making the best food choices.  But I did my best to watch what I ate & made semi-good food choices.  Birthday celebrations officially ends today, so I will soon be back to my clean & healthy eating.

And without further ado, here are my pictures.  The first pictures are my before pictures & the second pictures were taken yesterday.







I think I look about the same as last week.  What do you think?

Next week starts Phase 2 of the program!

Only 80 days until Punta Cana!!!
