Doughnuts with Dad!

On Monday, Ashby's class had Doughnuts with Dad!  

At the start of the school day, all of the Dads came & enjoyed doughnuts & juice, and the kiddos presented their Dad with some special gifts.

Marc received his own special tie & a cute 'All About My Dad' project.  I bet he was surprised to learn that his favorite thing to do was to go to work!  Ha!  And I just love Ashby's portrait of Marc!  Though I cannot decipher what exactly is coming out of Marc's head (a pony tail perhaps?), I love to see that her drawings are more than just stick people now.  Marc definitely has on a shirt, pants (or is that a skirt?) and shoes.  Though he is missing his hands/fingers.  But it is still an adorable picture that she drew of her Daddy.

What a fun morning they had together!  Doughnuts & Daddy.  Two of Ashby's most favorite things!!!
