That's how many teeth Kennedy has now lost!
She lost tooth #1 & #2 within weeks of each other back in January. Her two bottom ones. A month or so ago we noticed her two top teeth were starting to get loose. But those suckers must really be rooted in well, because they have not gotten any looser.
And now just the other day, her third bottom tooth became loose. Per Kennedy's request, Daddy tried to pull it out the other night, but it only left Kennedy in tears because it 'hurt'. So we haven't tried again. Until this morning, when Kennedy told me 'this tooth keeps bending back the wrong way' & asked me to pull it.
Ugh. I do not like pulling teeth. In fact, I've made Marc pull the other two. Kennedy knows that the entire tooth pulling process gives me the heebie-jeebies, but she still requested that I do the honors this morning. And because I love my baby girl so much & would do anything for her, I pulled that tooth right out!
And quite honestly, it wasn't that bad. It literally was just hanging by a thread in her mouth. But man, with her bottom two big girl teeth already coming in, there is literally NO room for this third tooth to come in. Poor girl will definitely need some orthodontic work done when she gets older. Sorry Kennedy Rae. You can blame that one on Daddy & Mommy. Straight & spaced out teeth do not run in the family. Lol.
Here's to another visit from the Tooth Fairy tonight!
I don't know if I would want to be the one doing the pulling either. Hope the tooth fairy was good :)
