Whenever I hear the word TEXAS, that is exactly what I think of! Little girls wearing smock dresses with big bows in their hair!
Well I better get used to it, because that is where WE ARE MOVING TO!!!
Marc just got a job offer with his company & we are moving to Dallas, TX this Summer! Eeekkk!!!
While I am THRILLED for Marc & what this means for his career with 7-Eleven, I am a nervous wreck for what it means for me! Ha! Moving my Scentsy business, finding new customers, building my team, etc. Not to mention leaving my 20 local team members here in Washington.
And my family too. Rachael & her family only live 2 hours from us right now & my parents are only a short 5-hour drive from where we live. We will have absolutely no family in Texas.
With that said, I know that everything will work out just fine! We will find wonderful schools for the girls, another church that we love, awesome new friends, and my Scentsy business will soar to new levels in Texas! I just know it!
And we are all going to LOVE the sun & warm weather!!!
But for now, please excuse me, while I have a little freak out moment.
And practice saying y'all.
And go buy some smock dresses & big bows for the girls!
That's crazy, our family is also moving to TX this summer near San Antonio. Congrats & try not to freak out to much.
ReplyDeleteI was just going to ask if you and Joeylee "know" eachother haha...crazy you are both moving there! My two best friends from school growing up (bridesmaids in my wedding) both live in Texas now too. I mean really, that state is apparently the place to be!
