Get Fit....Whatever Day It Is!

I'm having such a hard time posting my Get Fit Friday posts on Friday.  Hubby has been gone a lot of Fridays recently so the pictures, and thus the posts, have had to wait until he has been back home.

This past week I started the Max Insanity workouts.  Max Interval Circuit, Max Interval Plyo, Max Cardio Conditioning & Abs, and Max Recovery.

Oh my gosh, it's been MAX hard!!!

These workouts are no joke!  They have been so much harder than the first four weeks of the program.  Every day last week I was sore.  Every day my muscles hurt.  Everyday I was bone tired.





But the results?!  They've been amazing!

I'm seeing my body transform even more than it did these past four weeks!  In just week, I can tell that my pants are loser, my legs are more toned & my backside is smaller!  And I'm loving it!

So even though these workouts are killer & I feel like I may die during parts of them, I'm LOVING this  next phase of workouts & cannot wait for each day's workout!

Yep!  My 'baby belly' is slowly but surely going away & I LOVE it!
