Kennedy got her teeth cleaned today. If you remember last time she had no sugar bugs, so we were hoping this morning would be a repeat performance!
And was it ever! Not only did she not have any sugar bugs, but she did not shed a tear, cooperated wonderfully with the dental assistant, and even insisted that I not go with her while she got x-rays done because she was 'a big girl'. Well alrighty then!
Her teeth looked great! Mama & Daddy are doing a fabulous job brushing & flossing her teeth & her x-rays looked wonderful! She has no loose teeth yet but Dr. Ruder said she would probably lose her first one in the next year or so. That made Kennedy very happy! She regularly tries to loosen her teeth & continually asks when she is going to finally lose one, like all of her other friends have. Soon, baby! Very soon!
Overall, it was a great visit! And even little sister did great too! She happily played with Mama's iPhone & kept herself occupied for the entire appointment.
I hope we get the same great report at Ashby Grace's dentist appointment next month!
