Another beautiful day here! I'm sure some of you think that is all I seem to talk about. But when you live in WA, and are getting sunny days continuously for over a week, that is definitely something to talk about. You see, nice weather isn't guaranteed here until July, so getting some sun & warm weather in May is amazing! Too bad the cooler temps & rain returns on Monday. Such a tease.
We had lots of outdoor time again today. The girls played in the front yard, back yard, and everywhere in between.
While the girls were playing, I had a little fun with my camera. I've had my Nikon D3000 for well over a year now, and I only know how to take pictures in the automatic mode. I know there is so much more I can do with my camera, I just need to practice & play around with it. Until then, I'll just take outside pictures because I think they turn out pretty good. Ha!
And I cannot believe how much my petunias have grown! Less then two weeks, and look how big they've gotten! Cannot wait to see how big they get by the end of Summer!
Tonight, Kennedy had swim lessons. When she started soccer last month, we switched her swim lessons to Tuesday & Thursday because she had games on Saturday. She has progressed so much since switching to twice weekly lessons. Even though soccer ends this weekend, I think I'm going to continue having her do lessons twice a week. She's going to be a pro by the time we go to Cancun in December!
The girls were super ornery today. Praying they are better listeners & sweet little girls tomorrow.
And I'm very excited to get my contacts back tomorrow. Wearing my super old glasses for 5 straight days was way too long. They need to go back where they belong...by my bedside, used soley for watching TV before bed. :)
