So, yesterday apparently was the first day of Spring. I don't think WA got the memo, though, because this is what our weather looked like.
Lots of rain. Big shocker, I know. At one point yesterday Ashby & I got stuck in a torrential downpour mixed with hail & wind. We were leaving Costco & were drenched by the time we got to our car. Poor girl kept telling me 'that was NOT fun at all' after we finally got into the car. I couldn't agree more! The weather definitely was not Spring like!
In honor of the first day of Spring, though, the girls dressed the part in hopes of bringing nicer weather to our area.
Bumble bees for Kennedy.
And flowers for Ashby.
Maybe if the girls keep wearing Spring like clothing, this crazy weather will get a clue & bring sun & nicer temperatures like the rest of the US seems to be having!
One can hope..and pray!!!
That stinks! I hope you get your fair share of nice weather soon! The girls look cute though!

ReplyDeleteOh man, that green flower shirt is cute! Gracie, at 18 months, obviously has fewer words than your girls, but a couple weeks ago, she pointed outside and I said, "Yep, it's rain," and she yelled, "OFF!"
