Ugly Lawn, Be Gone!

Our backyard lawn is terrible.  It doesn't drain well & is always a wet, muddy area.  Even in the warmest days of summer, our lawn is a soggy, nasty mess.  It is so bad the girls cannot even go out & play on it.  Marc & I are so tired of it that we decided to give our lawn a 'makeover'.  Well, not 'we', because we are definitely not Mr. & Mrs. Green Thumb! :)  But the company we called will (hopefully) be making our lawn pretty again.  They came this past weekend & got to work.

Here is the 'before' of our lawn.  See how 'thin' the grass is & the dead looking patches?  So very ugly.

A lot of aerating & fertilizing.

Add in some seed & topsoil.



And hopefully in 3-4 weeks our lawn will go from this:

Because these two little girls are dying to go outside & play in the grass!  Well, maybe just Kennedy.  Ashby just looks annoyed that I am taking her picture. :)
