Wacky Day

Today was Wacky Day at Kennedy's school.  This was our best attempt at being wacky.

Kennedy was not a fan of her hair.  She said it looked 'weird'.  Hello, it's supposed to look weird on Wacky Day!  Ha!  Nor did she like her shirt.  She said it was itching her back.  I think little miss Type A just isn't a fan of things being out of place.  I wonder who she gets that from?!  Coming from her mother who picked out her outfit this morning & even though it was Wacky Day, still made sure the outfit matched.  Ha!  The apple sure doesn't fall far from the tree!

And the best part of Wacky Day?  Receiving this great report from Kennedy's teacher at the end of school:

This makes my heart so happy.  We know that she is a loving, caring & compassionate child, but to hear that from other people makes me so happy & proud!

We love you, Kennedy Rae!  You are a special little girl & we are so blessed to be your Daddy & Mama!
