It's time for a little Mama brag!
In two weeks, Kennedy Rae has read not one, but TWO, Junie B. books! All by herself! And get this. These books are at a second grade reading level! Every day that she reads to me, I am amazed! She reads so fluently, with fluctuation, and like she has been doing this forever!
I cannot say that I love the grammar in the book, nor some of the words (we don't use the word hate or stupid our house), but overall I love these books & they have been a great fit for Kennedy. And she seems to enjoy reading them too, so that's good.
I'm so proud of my big girl!
Pizza hut is in her future.. Way to go KK!
