This past week I finished up the first set of workouts. It was a 4-week program, that quickly turned into a 6-week program as I started the program over again after we got back from Punta Cana. I wanted this coming week to be my Recovery Week since I will be in Las Vegas for our Scentsy Convention. While I'm happy I did this, I will admit that I got somewhat bored with the workouts as of late. Probably because I did these extra two weeks.
I'm feeling good. Can see my body continuing to make slow & subtle changes, though, I'm not sure from these pictures if you can tell a difference from these pictures. I am getting more & more definition in my abdominal area, but I will be the first to admit that the stubborn belly fat not disappearing is getting annoying! Unfortunately, I think it is going to be the last to go.
As I mentioned earlier, this week I'm going to be in Las Vegas for our Scentsy Convention. Woohoo! I'm going to use the gym at the Paris, where I am staying, and just stay active while I'm there. And try not to indulge in too many buffets! Ha!
And then next week when I get back I start the Max Interval workouts, which is another 4-week program. Marc said this is where I'm really going to see my body transform.
I'm really enjoying these workouts & am excited to see what changes this next phase of the program brings!
