Get Fit Friday

Week #5 started Phase 2 of P90X.  The workout routine changed a little bit so here is my new schedule.

Monday: Core Synergistics
Tuesday: Cardio X
Wednesday: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Ab Ripper
Thursday: Yoga X
Friday: Back & Legs, Ab Ripper
Saturday: Kenpo X
Sunday Rest or X Stretch

Wednesday's workout is new & boy, was it a killer workout.  My upper body was so fatigued by the end of the workout & continued to be sore for a couple of days after.  Other than that, the workouts remained the same.  Still tough.  Still kicking my behind.  But still loving it!

Here are my week #5 pictures.  Kennedy was my photographer, so please excuse the extra close, slightly skewed pictures.  I'm slowly but surely seeing my abdominal muscles make an appearance & Marc said my behind is definitely getting smaller.  Yay!





Next week I think I'm going to start taking full body shots to get a better feel for what my body is looking like.  I really am starting to see a transformation but I don't think these close up shots are doing it justice.  So stay tuned!

Only 72 days until Punta Cana!

And I just got an email this morning confirming our Spa Day for the trip!  An all expense paid trip AND a Spa Day courtesy of Scentsy?!  Love this company!!!
