Yesterday was Penguin Day at Kennedy's preschool, so baby girl dressed herself in black & white form head to toe.
At school she told me they made some penguins, read books about penguins & learn lots of fun things about penguins too.
Here are her penguin creations. The penguin on the left looks a little disgruntled. He was so upset he threw his tie on the ground! I wonder what made him so mad?! And penguin #2 looks a little loopy. And his tie is on but upside down. Perhaps a little too much {adult} penguin juice?! Ha!
And here are some fun facts about penguins:
* Penguins sleep standing up all huddled together
* Penguins slide down the ice on their bellies
* Penguins like to eat fish
* Penguins cannot fly
* Penguins are black & white
* Penguins live in Alaska
I have no idea if all of these facts are correct, but please consider this a little lesson about penguins from my adorable 4 year-old. :)
