Product Rave From The House Cleaner!

First off, I'd like to thank everyone for their prayers & well wishes for Ashby.  Your calls, texts, emails & messages were much appreciated.  I am very happy to say that Ashby is feeling MUCH better today & I think it is safe to say she is on the mend.  Praise God!

As most (if not all) of you know I am a stay-at-home mom (SAHM).  I LOVE staying home with the girls, caring for them, teaching them, & watching them grow.  As a SAHM, though, I also hold many other job titles.  I'm also known as the maid, personal chef, chauffeur, house cleaner, accountant, nurse, janitor, dishwasher, launderer, teacher, toy repairer, hairdresser, etc.  If you can think of a job, I've probably held (or will hold) that title at some point as a SAHM. :)

Since we have been stuck indoors for the past few days, the house cleaner has been able to get some cleaning done (in between cuddling with Ashby).  And I have come across the BEST product ever!  Seriously.  And I am so excited about this product that I have to share it with all of my other house cleaners out there!

In Washington, we have hard water.  It really has not been a big deal.  We've lived here for almost 4 years and have not had too many problems with hard water stains...until the past few months.  I'm not sure what exactly happened, but I've been told there has been a change to our water system.  And let me tell you, our poor toilets have taken a beating!  No matter how much cleaning & scrubbing I do, our toilets have these nasty yellow rings/streaks in them.  So gross!  I cannot believe I'm about to show you our nasty toilet, but here it is.

See how nasty our toilets look??!!  And this is after I've completely scrubbed & cleaned them with toilet cleaner!  Gross!  I really had no idea what I was going to use to get them completely cleaned (trust me, I've tried everything!).  That is until my neighbor friend recommended a product that she used to remove her hard water stains. 

Ladies & gentleman, can I please introduce you to my new best friend...

I got this lovely scouring stick at Home Depot for between $3.00 & $4.00 & it has been a lifesaver!  I just wet the stick & went to town scrubbing my toilets.  After a few minutes of scrubbing, look at what my toilets look like now!



Simply amazing!  The hard water stains are completely gone!  The best product invented...ever!  I am no longer embarrassed for people to come & use my toilets, in fear that they think I am this filthy person who never cleans my bathroom.  I now have sparkly, clean toilets!  And I am in heaven!

If you have hard water stains I urge you to get to your local home improvement store ASAP & pick up this magic in a box!  You'll love it, I promise!  And you can thank me later. :)

And now if you'll excuse me, the nurse has to go & strap down my 2 year old to get her to take her medicine.  Have I told you that she hates her antibiotics & I must hold her down every.single.time to get her to take them?  Fun times.  T-9 days and counting...
