Daddy-Daughter Day

Thursday was Daddy-Daughter Day at Ashby's preschool.  This was Marc's third time attending the event.  He went with Kennedy in 2011 & 2012.  And Ashby was thrilled that it was finally her turn to go with Daddy!

They had a great time painting, coloring, making projects on the warming tray & playing together.  Here is one of the projects they came home with.

A rocket ship colored with melted crayon via the warming tray.  Ashby brings home one of these warming tray projects every school day, and even Marc said it was really cool.  I think we may need to invest in one of these trays at our house!

Unfortunately, Marc didn't get any pictures of their time together except this one.

I laughed out loud when he texted it to me.  A picture of Ashby eating.  If he was only going to get one picture, this was the perfect one!  Baby girl loves to eat!  Especially hot dogs, 'prencils' & potato chips.  Ha!

They both came home & said it was a GREAT day & Ashby is already talking about all of the fun things they are going to do at next year's Daddy-Daughter Day!
