The Wheels On The Bus...

Kennedy was super excited to go on her school field trip today because she got to ride on the bus!  Going to a private school, there is no bus system, so she doesn't get the pleasure of riding on the big yellow bus twice a day.  But today?!  Today was definitely her lucky day!

Her Kindergarten class went going to the Puyallup Fair today to visit the Rainforest Exhibit & Petting Zoo, and then to have a picnic lunch at the park.  They were in need of volunteers, so Marc worked from home so he could take Ashby to & from school, and I was able to help chaperone.

Chaperoning 21 Kindergartners on a field trip.  How fun does that sound?!  Ha!

I actually had a great time with all of the kids!  They were so well behaved & were great listeners.  And I think they really enjoyed their first field trip of the year.

I know Kennedy did!  Or at least part of it.  She's already asking when she gets to ride on the bus again!

  1. She's adorable! I wanted to ride the camels so bad but instead we just fed them.

  2. I have always wanted to go to the Puyallup Fair, but I have never made it down there. I won tickets to a LeAnn Womack concert like 7 years ago but I never ended up going :( It seems like it would be kinda hard to keep track of all those kindergarteners at the Fair!
