Light It Up Finale

Friday was the last day of the Light It Up Scentsy Convention 2012.  It was a day of inspirational speakers, awards & BIG announcements!

Friday evening was Awards Night & I was honored to receive the Annual Sales Excellence Award.  I had sales of over $45,000 for the year!  Wowza!  I sure do have some amazing customers & hosts!!!

At the end of the Awards Ceremony, we had the honor of listening to Colbie Callait play for us LIVE! She is an amazing singer, and though I only knew a few of her songs, I loved her music!  I see myself purchasing many of her songs off of iTunes very soon!

At the end of the ceremony, Orville & Heidi announced two BIG announcements!  First, where next year's convention will be!  And next, where next year's incentive trip will be!

Convention 2013 will be in Indianapolis, Indiana!  I've never been to Indiana so I'm super excited to go next year!  If anybody lives there, I'd love to hear about some of the must see's while I'm there!

And next year's incentive trip?  We get to choose between 6 destinations!!!  New York, Oahu, Washington DC, Charleston SC, Whistler BC & Costa Rica!!!  I so want to go to Oahu!!!  Who wants to go with me?!

After the ceremony, the award winners were invited to a reception where they had lots of yummy food & drinks.  There, I was able to meet many Scentsy Star & Super Star Directors who motivate & inspire me to be a better consultant, leader, Director & person.  

It was an amazing evening & convention!  The motivation & inspiration I got while I was there was incredible! From talking with Star & Super Star Directors, to the inspirational speakers, to figuring out my WHY, to Heidi & Orville's amazing talks, it all got me super motivated to come home & hit the ground running, and soar my Scentsy business to the next level! I LOVED every moment of it & cannot wait until next year's convention in Indianapolis!

My roommate, Karen, and I finally went back to our rooms around 11:00 pm.  We were super tired but needed to get packed because our shuttle to the airport was coming at 4:30 am that next morning.  Yep, you read that right.  It was going to be a very late night & a very very early morning.

But I was super excited because I had a special someone's 1st birthday party to go to on Saturday!!!

Cannot wait to tell you all about it!
