One part of Marc's job is new store development in Washington. And once in awhile when a new store opens, he will take the girls to the grand opening where they enjoy pizza, doughnuts, Slurpees & every other non-healthy food that is available.
No, Marc, I am not saying that 7-Eleven does not offer healthy food options. I'm just saying our girls choose the non-healthy food choices at these grand opening parties. :)
The other weekend there was a grand opening of a local store & Marc, once again, took the girls with him. The girls, on a sugar high when they got home, told me all about it & the fun that they had. Today, Marc sent me this picture & video to commemorate the fun day.

It looks like they both enjoyed their Slurpees, no?! Not so. Maybe you should look at this picture from July 11th of last year. This is a better indicator of what the girls think of Slurpees!
Yep. Ashby LOVES Slurpees & Kennedy isn't much of a fan of them. If you know Ashby & her love of all things sweet, then it is no surprise that she loves Slurpees! Ha!
In fact, she made Marc well aware of her Slurpee addiction as seen on this video he captured!
Yep! I think employment with 7-Eleven may just be in her future. Especially if that means she gets to enjoy Slurpees everyday!

ReplyDeleteVery cute! I worked part time at a gas station in college. We were allowed all the fountain drinks, coffee drinks, popcorn, etc. that we wanted for free LOL. I can't even look that direction in gas stations anymore because I've had my fill for life I think! ;-)
