Snow Day

Saturday while I was at a Scentsy party, about an hour & a half away from home, my babysitter sent me this picture:

Seeing as we only usually get snow about once a year, I was super excited to see this picture & was hoping for a lot more when I got home that night.  Unfortunately, that is about all we got.

Fast forward to Sunday morning, & this is what we woke up to!

MUCH better!  The girls were super excited to see the snow too, and it wasn't long before the four of us headed outside to play!

They girls had fun making snow angels, helping Mommy shovel the driveway/sidewalk, and they even helped Daddy build a snowman.

What a difference a year makes!  Last year Ashby wouldn't even step foot in the snow & Kennedy whine & cried almost the entire time we were outside.  This year, they thoroughly enjoyed themselves & are already asking when we will get more snow again!

The weather forecast shows possible snow tonight/tomorrow and a better chance of snow showers on Wednesday.  Fingers, toes & everything else crossed that there is a lot more snow in our future!
